When we were working on rebranding Smart Group, a distributor of innovative equipment, we realized that the company is rapidly growing and changing. But the infrastructure in the B2B market is the same as it was 10 years ago.
The client clearly understood that without automating processes, they could not achieve their goals.

When a client enters the merchant profile, they immediately see the already familiar news feed, as in social networks. Here you can see the Order Status, new products, personal discount offers and news.
Order products through our B2B merchant profile in one click:
To do this, just drag and drop an xls file with item numbers into it, as in email, or simply insert a list of products, as in Skype.
You no longer need to open a lot of tabs to quickly get acquainted with the product and select interesting items
We have created product cards with short descriptions (mostly managers know everything about products) and conveniently provided information about the purchase conditions and promotions.

Internal Kickstarter
To reduce the risk when ordering new products for the market, we have added a real «mini Kickstarter» to the merchant profile. If the required number of pre-orders is collected in a certain amount of time, Smart Group imports the product to Ukraine, and customers receive it first with a significant discount.
Manage the service in one window
In your merchant profile, you can apply for the service and track the status of repairs or replacements performed. Small retail chains can fully transfer the service function to us. Their customers just need to submit a request on our website, and we will consult them via video link, pick up and return the product after repair.
We have added beautiful animations and interactive elements to make using the service not only convenient, but also pleasant.
Of course, after the test period, we will make adjustments and continue to improve the online dashboard. The next big thing is B2B.
We believe that in the B2B market and competitive in two cases: when you give a big discount or create a better customer experience.
The fight against discounts destroys the market and devalues it. Therefore, you should focus on what creates value — cool service and development of the IT infrastructure.
